Training Approach and Method

This is a classroom based course and can be delivered on client’s own premises allowing all time on the plant floor referring to / reviewing / discussing the client’s valves and once problems highlighted solutions can be proposed.

Course Objectives

On completion of course participants will:
• Have gained detailed understanding and knowledge of control valves and principles of operation
• Have demonstrated knowledge and competency surrounding installation and setting up flow and pressure control valves
• Have demonstrated knowledge of maintenance requirements and gain an improved ability to perform maintenance safely on valves and associated equipment.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of common faults and an improved ability to fault find on different types of flow and pressure control valves.
