Yes our courses include a balance of practical learning and theory as appropriate. Our standard courses can be adapted to suit the client’s requirements to include more or less hands on work. See below, for example, in relation to Electrics, PLC & SCADA.

Yes we do. We are happy to facilitate your shift system starting and finishing training at times to suit your schedule.

All our trainers have extensive experience in industry and over a range of businesses. They have many years of practical hands on, real world experience. They understand and are conversant with the requirements of and pressures associated with work in a modern industrial plant e.g production downtime or loss of production and its effects on productivity and plant and site performance.

Yes, they do, with QQI Level 6 certification.

We can offer you the Industrial Electrical Systems 6N5377 / NFQ 6 course  through a partner company

Yes, we normally can. Our trainers cover a broad range of electrical engineering / PLC / mechanical engineering training, with relevant experience. We also use a contact network in the event that we might need to supplement our existing skills. If the course needs to be supported by hardware and software (that we do not have or do not cover as part of our standard programmes) we will need to discuss the costs of this with you along of course with the cost of research, design, documenting and delivering the training.

Each participant is supplied with a work-board designed to replicate electrical plant installations as set up in industry. This includes as standard equipment: single phase mcbs, single phase motor, contactor with overload block, step down transformer, stop start push buttons and simulated load connections. For the course we also supply a box of tools, multi-meter, cables / flex / all components and a calculator and in addition a comprehensive set of notes (for each participant to take away for handy reference)

Participants are supplied with a lap top, PLC software and a Programmable Logic Controller Training Kit along with a set of notes. We cover both Allen Bradley and Siemens Programmable Logic Controllers and SCADA Systems at various levels.

A selection of pumps along with a cut away pump and ‘damaged’ seals, bearings, shafts, flanges, etc., to ‘show’ how the damaged element looks / appears.

Yes indeed and we would be happy to discuss this with you.
